We are looking for a new Commercial & Customer Support to join the Supply Chain department in Navegantes. This position will be responsible for managing customer service activities and support commercial operations.
The main duties include:
- Customer registration and contact updates.
- Incoterm/Transport Management.
- Product Invoicing.
- Grow customer relationship.
- Revise POs process.
- Manage area KPIs.
- Support SAP system improvement initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
- Studies in International trade, Logistics or similar.
- 2 years of experience in customer service or commercial support.
- Office 365 experience.
- English skills, both written and spoken, are a plus
- SAP experience is a plus.
