Backoffice Assitant

We are looking for a new Backoffice Assistant in Vialonga.
The main duties include:

• Verification and monitoring of customer and supplier accounts.
• Posting and classification of accounting documents.
• Review and filing of financial documents.
• Management and organization of physical and digital documentation.
• Invoicing and other commercial documents.
• Monitoring of orders and delivery schedules.
• Customer support and follow-up via email and telephone.
• Preparation and dispatch of samples to customers.
